A proper starting point

A relationship-led approach to advice.

I’m a Mortgage and Protection Adviser based in Melksham, working with My Simple Mortgage. My role is to understand your circumstances, priorities and timescale before considering what may be suitable.

I work with first-time buyers, home movers, remortgage clients, self-employed applicants, limited company directors, contractors, CIS workers and families reviewing protection. The right route depends on the individual position, so preparation and clear communication matter.

Common questions

Clear answers to useful starting questions.

These answers are general and should not be treated as personal mortgage or protection advice.

Where are you based?

I am based in Melksham, Wiltshire, and can work with clients locally and further afield.

Do you only advise straightforward applicants?

No. I regularly speak with clients whose income, employment, business ownership or circumstances require more explanation. Any options depend on the full position.

Does an initial conversation commit me to anything?

No. It is an opportunity to discuss what you are considering and whether a full advice process may be useful.
